The EN-MME Engineering Unit is in charge of tackling engineering studies for CERN groups and experiments. We typically adopt analytical and numerical approaches, backed up with experimental tests and prototyping when possible. The Engineering Unit is strongly connected with the other poles of the EN-MME group. We collaborate closely across projects and initiatives to ensure alignment and synergy throughout the group.
